Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information MI Global Group (“MI Global Group”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to UK GDPR and, where relevant, EU GDPR.
1. Who we are
MI Global Group is the “controller” of the personal information described below. We are a digital agency that brings together specialists in Meta Ads, social media, content, design, video, web development and SEO.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at Info@miglobalgroup.com.
2. What we collect
When you send us a consultation request
- Your name and email address (required).
- Optional details you choose to give us: business or brand name, website or social handle, the service and package you are interested in, your budget, your goals and any notes.
- A record that you acknowledged this policy, with the policy version and the time you sent the form.
- Technical details sent with the form: the page you were on, your browser’s user-agent string and the country your connection appears to come from (not your precise location).
When you email, call or message us
Whatever you send us, plus your contact details (for example your email address or WhatsApp number).
When you simply browse the site
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently run visitor analytics on this site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will update this policy first. The only thing stored in your browser is an optional “pause motion” preference, if you use that button.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile reads limited browser and connection signals to do this and is operated by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your request, arrange a consultation and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To deliver services if you become a client, including sharing the details a specialist needs to do the work. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our business.
- To keep accounting, tax and legal records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to. If we ever send marketing email, we will only do so with your consent or where the law otherwise allows, and every message will include a way to opt out.
The checkbox on the contact form confirms that you have read this policy. It is an acknowledgement, not the legal basis for answering your request. You can always email us instead of using the form.
5. Transfers outside the UK and EEA
Our team works from more than one country, including Pakistan, and our providers operate worldwide, including in the United States. This means your information can be processed outside the UK and EEA.
Where that happens we make sure a lawful transfer mechanism is in place, such as an adequacy decision (for example the UK–US Data Bridge for certified providers), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details at the email address above.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records, proposals, invoices and related correspondence: 6 years after the work ends, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we have to keep it by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, email Info@miglobalgroup.com. We will reply within one month. There is no charge, except where a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry details is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment card details by email or through the form.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed (version 2026-10-07). If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
