Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the services MI Global Group provides to business clients. Your written proposal sets out the specific scope, price and timeline for your project; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies to that project.
1. About these terms
By using this website or asking us for a consultation you agree to these terms. Our services are provided to businesses and professionals, not to consumers acting outside their trade or profession. If you have questions, email Info@miglobalgroup.com.
2. Free consultation
A consultation is free and does not commit you to buy anything. After it we send a written proposal. Work only begins once you have approved the proposal and we have received the payment or deposit it asks for.
3. Our services
We provide the services listed in your proposal using our team of specialists. We may assign or substitute a suitably skilled specialist where needed. We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care.
Package pages on this website describe typical scope. Prices shown are in US dollars unless a proposal says otherwise, exclude any applicable taxes, and may change for new projects. A price in your approved proposal is not affected by later changes to the website.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, payment methods, any deposit and invoicing dates are set out in your proposal. Recurring services renew monthly unless the proposal says otherwise, and can be ended by giving the notice period stated in the proposal.
Advertising spend (for example on Meta) is not included in our fees. It is paid directly by you to the advertising platform.
If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until it is paid.
5. What we need from you
To deliver on time you agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and access to the accounts, files and brand assets the work requires, and to make sure you have the right to use any material you give us. We are not responsible for delays or shortfalls caused by missing or late input.
6. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds it lists. Extra revisions and out-of-scope requests can be added as an add-on or a new proposal.
7. Ownership of the work
Once we have been paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
Unless you ask us not to, we may mention that we worked with you and show the finished work in our portfolio.
8. No guarantee of results
Marketing, advertising and SEO outcomes depend on many things we do not control, including your offer, your market, competitors and the rules and algorithms of platforms such as Meta and Google. We aim to do the work well, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, follower growth or return on ad spend.
9. Third-party platforms
We work through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes they make, outages, or action they take on your accounts, provided we have followed their published rules.
10. Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example customer data in an ad account), we will agree appropriate data processing terms with you.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, try to break or probe its security, or copy its content or design without permission. The content, logo and design are ours or used with permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to new projects from the date at the top. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your proposal says otherwise.
